RETURNS

We allow returns on accessories items, aside from custom designs, sale items, gift cards, and rush production fees. To initiate a return, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and send your item(s) back within 14 days. All returned items must be in their original condition, with the original labels and tags still attached. Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with a return.

Mesmerizingly beautiful jewellery!

I was desperately looking for jewellery for my wedding when I stumbled upon Antheia de Florist online. I don’t usually wear much jewellery but I was instantly intrigued by the unique and beautiful pieces and quickly found a hairpiece and a pair of earrings.

I contacted Helen to see if she also makes necklaces and she invited me to share my design ideas with her. After sending her a drawing, she made a prototype for me and it absolutely blew my mind! From a simple drawing, she turned the vision I had into reality and she completely nailed it.

Helen is an outstanding artist; equally amazing is the customer service she provides. Working with her was a pleasure. She patiently answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and not once pressured me into deciding or purchasing.

Production and delivery were speedy and my items came in high-end, luxurious and sturdy packaging. The jewellery itself is absolutely stunning! The pieces are dainty, mesmerizing and of great craftsmanship and durability. You can clearly see the passion and care that went into every detail.

I have nothing but high praise for Helen and Antheia de Florist and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!
