Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Accessories Item will be shipped within 3-5 days, excluding weekends and Canadian Holidays.
  • Floral item is made to Order, item will be shipped within4-6 Weeks.

Please note, if your order includes both accessories and floral items, your entire order will be shipped out when ALL items are ready. In other words, your entire order will be shipped within 4-6 weeks.

 

Shipping Cost

  • We Ship Worldwide, there may be an additional cost. The cost varies depending on your location. For some countries tracking number is not available. To find the exact rate and shipping method, please enter your address at checkout and see the result.
  • Please double check your address during the checkout. We will ship your items to the address you provide. If the parcel gets returned due to insufficient/wrong address, the original shipping fee before any shipping discount and "return to sender fee" will be deducted from your refund.

 

Duties & Taxes

  • Orders outside Canada may be subject to additional import fees, which include VAT, duty, any other local processing fee, upon receipt depending on your country's regulations that you will be responsible for. Please note that Antheia de florist does not have any control over these fees.

    Please be aware that if you reject your parcel upon delivery due to import fees, the original shipping fee before any shipping discount and "return to sender fee" will be deducted from your refund.

 

Delivery Time

  • We offer various delivery options, and their availability and delivery time depend on your location. Simply select your preferred shipping method that caters to your desire during the checkout process.
  • All parcels ship with Canada Post/ UPS. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout.
