Ordering
How do I determine the size?
We offer 5 size options for bouquets. The product photos showcase a standard size is 14".
Please refer to measurement under each item. If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to How to Choose the Right Size wedding bouquet.
All accessories contains a measurement in the product description. For precise measurements, please refer to measurement under product description.
Are your earrings allergy-free?
We use are gold-plated brass parts and 925 sterling silver post for most of our earrings. Since allergic reactions are caused differently in individuals, we cannot guarantee our products will not cause any allergy to you. Please refer to the materials used in product description.
What is the processing time? When should I order?
Processing Time for bouquets and floral related item.
All item is Made to Order, the processing time is around 4-6 Weeks, we recommend placing your order at least 2 months in advance for customers in Canada and US, and 3 months in advance for international customers. This allows for any unforeseen circumstances.
Processing time for accessories item.All items is made to order, the processing time is around 3-5 business days.
Can I order custom item?
Of course! We delight in creating custom orders that match your unique preferences. We accept limited bespoke orders. Simply share your ideas with us, and we'll work together to bring your vision to life. Please Contact us with your needs. We will reach out within 24 hours to discuss your preferences and work it out together. We look forward to crafting something truly special for you!
Is rush order available?
Definitely, Please Contact us before placing a rush order. We will check if we have all components we need to fulfil your order. Please note that rush fee may apply and it is non refundable.
Any estimated restock date for out of stock item?
Thank you so much for your interest. Out of stock item usually will restock within 1-2 weeks. Please let us know which item you want via chat box/ Contact us, we will notify you when we restock.

How do discount code works?
Simply enter the discount code by using the Add coupon code field found in cart! A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. Antheia de florist has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
Will I be charged duties, taxes and any other fees?
Duties and Taxes
- United States and Canada Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
- Other international shipments There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Antheia de florist does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
Foreign Transaction Fees
- Antheia de florsit does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Antheia de florist.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Once you have placed an order with us. We work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process and make any amendments.
If you are unhappy with your accessories item(s) or no longer wan them, you are welcome to send them back to us using our returns service, please see our Return policy.
Can I amend my order? or change my shipping address?
We work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please reach out to us via chat box/ Contact us and we will do our best to support you.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please log into your account to check that your order was initially processed, and if you are still having problems please contact us!
How can i track my order?
Login/ using the same email address used to place the order and to receive a SMS. Head over to your account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Shipping
What is included in accessories item?
Standard Antheia De Florist Packaging includes a gift box, polishing cloth and items will be packed together. (Hair pin will be packaged with the hair piece; an alcohol pad and spare earring backs will be included with the earrings.)
Unless specified otherwise, one hair piece and one pair of earrings will be packaged together in one box as a set. If you need an extra box as a gift, please let us know via note/chat box. We will pack it separately.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped with a gift receipt?
Standard Antheia De Florist Packaging includes a gift box, polishing cloth and items will be packed together. (Hair pin will be packaged with the hair piece; an alcohol pad and spare earring backs will be included with the earrings.) Our gift notes are hand-writed with your special message. It will be hand-write exactly how it is entered, so make sure there are no errors and no emojis are used!
We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it's a gift for yourself! That said, we will combine items into one box if it is not indicated that it is a gift. please make sure to make note to us/ Contact us.
Kindly note that we are not able to accommodate shipments of additional packaging alone at this time, as there will be increased shipping fees associated.
What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?
The shipping time varies depending on the chosen delivery method and the destination, the timeline and cost in the product description are approximate. It does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
Shipping timelines indicated do not include processing times for your order. For the most accurate delivery date estimates, please refer to the shipping timeline at checkout plus requied processing time.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy that you like our product from the other side of the world. International shipping can be arranged. Orders over $800 CAD are free shipping, Under $800CAD please have a chat with us/ Contact us for a shipping discount.
Return and exchange
How can i reutn the item?
We offer 5 days return window for all customers upon delivery. Return shipping can be arranged. Please reach out to us via chat box/ Contact us with your order number. We can work this out together!
For Canada and US customer, the return shipping fees($10CAD/ $15USD) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
For international customer, we are unable to offer One-Size-Fit-All return labels at the moment. Please contact your local post office or courier service, you will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with a return. Thank you for your understanding.
What is the exchange policy?
We pack our order very carefully and ensure it meets our high standards of quality, but sometimes things just happen. If you found a broken item due to shipping process. Please let us know within 48 hours upon receipt of order. Exchange will be arranged. We will do our best to make it right!

We understand that handmade items can be more fragile than you think. We are happy to come up with a solution with you if your accessories are damaged due to whatever reasons. Under these circumstances, buyers will have to be responsible for any shipping costs involved.Please noted all pearls are natural, all acessories are handwired, therefore inherently unique, resulting in slight variations. Their variance cannot be considered as defect.
When will i receive my refund?
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!
Please note your original shipping fee and rush order fee is not refundable, restock fee and return shipping fee(if any) will be deducted from the refundable amount.

How do I take care of the bouquet?
Artificial flowers are incredibly easy to take care and require minimal maintenance, Please follow below tips to keep your faux flower blooms as long as it can.
- Simply clean them regularly with water to keep them free from dust.
- Avoid humidity and water.
- Protect from direct sunlight.Handle it with love and care.
How do i take care of the accessories?
Please follow below tips to keep your item shinny as long as it can.
- Store your hair accessories in the box and tissue paper provided.
- Clean and polish with polishing cloth.
- Avoid direct contact with perfume or hair product as this can tarnish the plating over time.
- Remove before working out, sleeping and bathing.
How do I use my polishing cloth?
To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth. Always wash your hands after use to ensure the cleaning agent is removed.
It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth, it’s a sign that it is working correctly! The cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent which will hold on to any dirt, oil & residues that are removed from the surface of the item being polished. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children.
What if my piece broken after uses?
No worries, We understand that handmade items can be more fragile than you think and that accidents happen. We can fix it for you, Please have your order confirmation email or receipt ready. We are happy to come up with a solution with you if your accessories are damaged due to whatever reasons. Though in these circumstances, buyers will have to be responsible for any shipping and repairment fee.
